When ever I really want to get an unbiased view of a fight I will always watch it again with the commentary turned off , those pricks can be so misleading , they will go on about one landing punch for 30 seconds and miss another 20 , they will be on one fighter one minute and flip flop in an instant and they can be the most biased dudes going ,,,,, and the funny thing they influence so many to what they think is really happening but many times they are talking **** .

Hatton got flogged in this fight ,,, badly !

i don't count lederman's scorecard as valid. that old **** is never on point. and i just hate the way he bitches about things in the middle of a fight. the guy has never boxed, and none of the bios i have read on him mention him having any kind of training in either martial arts or boxing. in other words, he doesn't know **** about fighting.

i have often stated my opinion that a judge, commentator, or referee should at least have boxing or martial arts training and have experience in sparring. otherwise, there is that huge gap and difference in what people like harold see and what people like me know.

        thanks a lot man!

yup, i know all that ****.

        i give a few examples:

        - up to .33, he was touching gloves with that weird sounding little white guy. that is a really quick bridge used here to feel out and time the opponent. i catagorize this as a type of jab when using boxing terms. in anmore boxing term way of saying it, i call it a check jab or a bridging jab.

        - approx .45, crossing fist. in my practice, we could spring in while throwing that. that way we basically decapitate him with a punch.

        - after that one, the most common hook we use - called cannon punch although there are a few different hooks and ways to throw a hook.

        - at 3:34, that is the exact way we use one of the most basic applications of splitting to crushing. almost exactly the same.

one of the differences is that we have specific coordination methods and focus on power. we are a power hungry bunch. and to help yourself have good power, u shouldn't keep your balance as high up as he does.

notice the way he slips from his blocks into offence immediately so that his defence is really his offence. read my second blog to get an idea of the kind of **** i do.

see, i never liked his attitude as shown in the media, but he has worked his way into having a very solid, smart style of fighting. that video just makes me want to spar him even more! i bet for u guys it would be nice to see how he deals with someone as coordinated and quickly adaptable as he is.
i will make a special trip if he ever comes near where i live. he'd be a fun guy to play with!

u feel like acting like an ******* for any particular reason?

know it all? who are u to judge? ok, maybe u don't know much about me so i won't get too pissed off. i mean i know there are a lot of "tough guys" that say **** on the net. sorry if i came off a bit of a know it all, but i do know a thing or two.

i started martial arts almost 20 years ago. i have training in karate, a bit in kickboxing, and currently train in 2 chinese boxing arts. read the damn profiles before you try to snap on people. 'cause u don't know who u are talking to otherwise.

to answer your last question, no. i never felt i needed to become a professional fighter. doesn't mean i don't have experience. doesn't mean i don't know, trained, and trained with people who have went on to fight successfully. i also have had injuries that sort of limit certain aspects of what i can do. i have fighting experience, but i don't feel the need to talk about everything i have done.

now, if u don't mind, what do u do? u train in boxing or fighting art? how long?

all i gotta say is a boxing match is a 12 round fight. coming up with the excuse he did well in the beginning is laughable.

I thought Ricky's pressure was effective for the first 4 rounds. Afterwards it was evident that his stamina tailed off and Floyd was picking his spots.

He did well and made the fight competitive, but he was losing the fight by a pretty significant margin on the cards.
