haha@ the floyd fanatics going on a full defensive. yall can do the fox news dance all you want but **** aint lookin pretty for the pretty boy. cotto has faced better opposition at the welter division than floyd. thats a fact. live with it. no one is denying floyd is this generation's stand out. but the truth is the truth and as the article stated, he has recently been picking his opponents based on financial potential rather than quality of competition.

    Mosley > De La Hoya
    Quintana, Judah > Hatton
Quintana, Margarito (if he beats him) > Baldomir

you wont find many educated fans who will argu against that unless their member names have "floyd", "pbf", "money", or "flashy" in them.

Judah??? Mayweather fought Judah right AFTER Baldomir beat him. If Baldomir was THE CHAMPION, then Mayweather should have fought him instead of Judah for an IBF belt that was handed back to Judah after he lost.
What you just said TOTALLY contradicted............yourself. How does Mosley have more in the tank if he is fighting more fighters that can hurt him than Oscar does? Yea........try that one again.

You have to realize that Cotto only in the last two years or so has graduated to champion level. He was a prospect only a few years ago; Mayweather has been a champion for ten years. Of course his resume' is going to be better.
We aren't discussing resume we are discussing two victories which are credited in two very different ways. Like I said the bias is not needed, we know Cotto is Floyd's best opposition out there, but don't downplay some of his wins while trying to make Cotto's seem like career defining ones.

DUCKING. Now he is dumping his belt???? He knows that when Cotto gets Margos belt... the obvious piece of the puzzle will be held by FLoyd. Hot potato hot potato... Floyd don't wanna be holding any belts that Cotto may be looking for. So now... he wants cotto to fight Berto ro Clottey for that very belt.

WOAH, You actually sounded respectable until that bull**** statement. Floyd's win over Hatton FAR outweigh Cotto's wins over Quintana and Judah (who Floyd beat A FULL YEAR BEFORE Cotto). Also Baldomir Quintana are interchangable at the time Floyd fought Carlos he had never been a belt holder let alone undisputed WW champion. Mosley DLH are also interchangable considering Mosley is OLDER than Oscar and can arguably have less in the tank (which can be argued either way to tell the truth) Other then that completely asinine and foolish statement, you did alright.
I see no pbf, mm, floyd, or any of that sort in my username. I do keep my posts FLASHY though.

Mosley was more active than de la hoya..he didn't lose a fight since 2004 until he lost to cotto.

he has only lose to 3 ppl.

Maybe you can't think straight because Floyd's **** is in your mouth. PPF is a chicken show boy and will never step up and fight someone who may beat him. Never. So after you are done with Floyd (swallowing) maybe you should learn to swallow the truth.

Not that it matters, but I have been in the ring before. Moron.

I think we can all agree at this point that if Cotto takes out Margarito he pretty much has cleaned out the division. Margarito defeated Cintron and Clottey, Quintana defeated Williams and Cotto has beaten Shane, Zab and Quintana ...ad Margarito to the list or if Margarito defeats Cotto then you have the entire cleanup of the division....Floyd has yet to make a dent in the division buddy so that Ring belt right now is looking like a freaking joke just like it looks like a joke at 135 lbs. since they have Casamayor's ass as the champ when Juan was the Man and Now Nate Campbell. It's been a pleasure dude talking a little smack to you but not all of us are off on memorial day so I gotta head back to work...take care and I hope this little lesson just toughens you up for the next verbal beat down. Peace homie.
Calling Floyd out on some obscure puerto rican rag of a newspaper is a ***** move..

Where were his balls and call-outs after the Shane and Alphonslow fights when Kellerman and Merchant damn near BEGGED him to call Floyd out??

Cotto is the one that doesn't want Floyd..

He can't even say the name Mayweather..

He's only lost to 3 ppl..but Shane took a beating in the process..

He's never been the same after getting floored and dropped(something Cotto couldn't do) in his PRIME by Forrest.

Cotto fought Shane at 147..not 154..where the old man was far less effective.

                    Oscar at 154 > Shane at 147
