What!!? Who is elder, Floyd or Cotto?

I's more like Oscar-Whitaker for me, time is playing for the new latino idol.

His best win is against Kermit freaking Cintron. Its obvious that Arum has been feeding Margarito C-class fighters to make him look good so that when Cotto destroys him it will look impressive. But think about it folks, Does beating Margarito really make you a more legit challenger? Did it for Daniel Santos or Paul Williams? Then why should it for Cotto?
Who the hell did Henry Bruceles defeat to fight Floyd...or Gatti, or Sharmba Mitchell or Baldomir...damn do I need to go on? I think Cotto has defeated far better competition and more impressively defeated them than Floyd has in the last 5 years. So let us not get into this garbage about Cotto is not a worthy opponent. Floyd truely has exercised the right to fight the competition that is far less dangerous. Hatton couldn't even hold Collazo's jockstrap in the ring so is it a wonder why he got his chin checked at 147 lbs.? Hell Lazcano almost had Hatton laid out if it wasn't for a shoestring. Don't even let me get started on ODLH cause I respect the man but he's a shell of what he was coming up in the game.

There is no other fight out there worth mentioning if Not Mayweather vs. Cotto period.

Floyd is older....but who lives a flashier lifestyle Floyd or Cotto? who's style is a wrecking machine Floyd or Cotto? which boxer dominates their division, Floyd or Cotto?

in a way Cotto is like Hagler of today in his division with good boxing skills to go along with it...

The best fighters at 140 at that time were Gatti and Hatton (sadly), and niether were exactly interested in fighting Mayweather. So Floyd fought Bruseles to become the mandatory for Gatti. Is it exciting or dangerous? No. But he did what he had to do to get the belt and move on. And how can you blame him for fighting the UNDISPUTED WELTERWEIGHT CHAMPION? Now you're letting your hate get the best of you.

The point of my post was to point out that Mosley and Judah are not exactly head and shoulders above DLH and Hatton, competition-wise. And its ridiculous for people to act like they are. Same with Margarito. This is being praised as such a tough fight, yet DLH would pummel Margarito and everyone knows it. So who really has the tougher fight?

Who did Gatti beat to fight Floyd??

Gatti was the CHAMPION you eyebrow-plucking moron..

Brucelles(one of your Boriqua brotheren) was AN ELIMINATIOR for Gatti's title.

At least Mitchell was RANKED at 147..unlike Manuel Gomez..Golden Johnson..and Alphonso Gomez..

Tony was supposed to fight Mitchell..but he DUCKED him for the UNRANKED Manuel Gomez..

Mitchell was preparation for Zab..both slick..fast southpaws..

Baldomir was the Welterweight CHAMPION..if you don't understand why Floyd Floyd fought him, then you are too ****** to leave the house..

If Oscar is a shell of himself.. as you put it..then SO IS SHANE MOSLEY..You can't have it both ways maricon..

David Estrada hurt Shane more than Cotto did..I don't even have to remind you what Vernon Forrest did to a PRIME Shane..

Cotto does not seem as excited about fighting Floyd as his huggers..The man can't even say Floyd's name..He refuses to call him out..or even SAY HE WANTS TO FIGHT HIM..

Mosley has more in the tank than De La Hoya. Mosley is still taking risks and fighting opponents who can hurt him. Oscar is fighting smaller fighters who can win but can't hurt him.

Judah??? Mayweather fought Judah right AFTER Baldomir beat him. If Baldomir was THE CHAMPION, then Mayweather should have fought him instead of Judah for an IBF belt that was handed back to Judah after he lost.

Yeah, like Estrada, Vargas, and Collazo? Are you even being serious?

So now its a bad thing that Floyd beat Judah THEN Baldomir instead of Baldomir then Judah? If you're going to argue, at least make a point.

Collazo who was robbed against Hatton. He fought Judah, coming off a loss to Baldomir, instead of Baldomir who just beat Judah. Are you even serious trying to argue that point? Is that you Ellerbe?
