Are/Were These Fights Elite?

I don't think they're elite although they were good to very good fighters.

Forrest was and is. Quartey, Freitas, and Vargas were for a while. The other guys were close but didn't quite make it.

Wan't Quartey the very definition of a guy who is NOT elite? He fell short in every big fight against top competition.

He fell short because of the judges. I felt he won the Oscar and Forrest fight.
