Couldnt you make an argument that losing to non elite fighter Mayorga Twice knock him down but beating Mosley Twice also make him elite? Forrest is a puzzle to me, i hope he takes care of Mora

forrest,spinks,judah,quartey and vargas are elite to me..theyve won world titles so thats pretty elite to me..dont know much bout the other ones..

Judah had the skills, not mentally though imo.

Vargas is about on par with Oscar. He lost almost all of his big fights, but always made them close.

I think Vargas was clearly elite.

The rest seem right on the brink, and I don't know where to place them exactly.
