It is amazing how you see a fighter age in one night.

    This sucks...
It's incredible how you say Ricky is aged at 29 and at the same time say Mayweather is a chicken for taking fights vs younger opponents (note Lazcano is 33).

You're so ****ing hypocrites you should be shot. Yeah i'm mad. Can't take you bitches. Ricky looked great tonight, he didn't get the KO but he looked way better than 27 year old Mallignagui vs a 36 year old opponent!

I thought Ricky looked ok, really disappointed he didn't knock the guy out, he so could of but why does he throw some great punches, have the guy in trouble then clinch. Just throw a few more punches and the ref might have just stopped it (on several occasions). From that point of view I think Ricky is looking like he lacks the stamina and he's maybe getting a bit old now.

hatton is past his best, he didnt do enough at his peak though IMO....he beat a old and shot tszyu (with the help of low blows and hugging and hitting, using forearms, elbows etc...) , he beat a very shot castillo, and a couple others before he faced mayweather, he wasnt active enough ..........he should've taken on cotto when he was at lww.......and he should've fought maliggnaggi a while ago when he could beat him, now malignaggi will just box circles around him........pretty sad

i believe the problem is hattons ballooning up between fights and then just rapidly cutting the weight off......saps his stamina and ages his body prematurely, its the reason why he hasnt looked so flash in recent outings....

        consider this:

mayweather, (now fighting at welterweight but probably a natural light welter nowadays ) walks around at 158-160 lbs

hatton walks around at about 170-180 lbs (as high as 188)........

who do you think is the more professional fighter, and who will have more longevity in the fight game and better overall health??

Hatton shutout pretty much he got hit quite a few times though.
He won pretty easily, he hurt Lazcano alot to but he always came back. Hatton NEEDS to move his head though.

U idiots, hatton absolutely dominated him there. He may not have been as cautious as he wanted to because he wanted to prove to everyone how he hasnt slowed.

Well done ricky, impressed me tonight, you'll have paulie no problem

Hatton is not completely shot, but he did look like he's aged a lot since the Mayweather fight.

Ricky looked good, he won 118-110 on my scorecard, Lazcano is tough as hell for lasting 12 rounds.

Please explain me what's your argument for expecting a Mayweather Cotto fight but saying Ricky should retire. Did it occur to you Ricky is younger than Money? He is only 29! Mayweather is 31.

If you say Ricky should retire then be logical and stop crying about Mayweather retiring without fighting Cotto.

Know what you are? ****ing racist pigs invading boxing. Please go make more Klitschko and Calzaghe polls and threads and leave here.
