I think he's better than a couple guys you listed (Jose Lois Castillo, Juan Manuel Marquez?) but you're missing quite a few other fighters who should (rightfully) be placed higher than him. Azumah Nelson? Jeff Fenech?

winky beating up on a damaged outsized trinidad doesn't mean much more than hatton beating up on castillo. The mosley wins are bigger than the win over kessler but not enough to make up for the above.

Winky was the one moving up in weight to fight Trinidad, not the other way around.

It surprised some people in the ring when Wright seemed bigger since he'd been @ 154 and Trinidad was @ 160 for his last 4 fights. Tito wasn't exactly small when he was a welterweight, he was a big WW.

God, what is it with people and nut-hugging this piece of ****? I think it's because he's British and white. I remember how people were so behind Ricky until he got stopped by FMJ. I am still a big Ricky fan, but most people jumped the boat because he lost. Now all of their hope rests on Calzaghe.
