Of course the crowd went freakin nuts with every punch thrown.

Just before this clip jumps to Round 5, Miranda hits Abraham with a nice uppercut that shatters his jaw. I really wonder how Arthur will come to fight this time. If he tries to be brave and fight like Pavlik, he might get busted up real bad.

What do you think his gameplan will be?
For the record to those who thinks that it was a Miranda headbutt causing Abrahams injury I should mention that in the clip Abraham is cited for saying that a Miranda punch caught him on the chin while his jaw was open causing it to brake.

As for Abrahams gameplan I don't think it's to secret. He always fights classic eurostyle with little upperbody movement, but a great blocking defense. I don't think this fight will be much different. Abraham will try to make Miranda wear himself out by staying in his defensive shell opening up only in spurts with powershots to head and body.

Maybe he has learned a few things from the Pavlik fight namely that Miranda doesn't like to fight going backwards. So maybe Abraham will try a little more agressive approach. Wheter he'll be able to execute is another story, as Abraham has fought in quite the same way for a long time now.

How do you think Miranda will handle AA this time?

Now, I have to watch my answer on this one, cause I think I know exactly what Miranda plans on doing...
Just like Abraham has a way of fight, so does Miranda. You cant just change your style completely. They have become excellent top notch fighters by doing what they do best. I hope Abraham tries to change because it will just ruin him in the battle.

Miranda will use a similar gameplan as he had in there first fight. With a fair ref, he will be able to execute better. I know he has been working on some 'surprises' in this fight. Of course, when it comes down to the heat of battle, it is just going to be a great instinctive brawl no matter what they have been practicing in the gym.

What I will tell you is that the Miranda you saw against Pavlik will not be the same Miranda you see against Abraham. I hope Abraham comes to brawl cause that is what Miranda wants!

I'm sure he has surprises. Every fighter preparing for a big fight tries to bring something new to the table. That could be a punch they so far rarely have thrown. AA probably also has a surprise for Miranda.

As for a potential Froch fight how do you, and other posters, think Miranda should fight? I said earlier that a more defensive approach with the intention of outboxing Froch would be best since I believe (tho not sure) that skill-wise Miranda's the better fighter.

Like I said earlier in this thread, I do not know much about Froch. I would have to see a few his fights to tell you my opinion on how Miranda should approah him.

I love it when two big punchers go toe to toe, which is why I am really revved up for Abraham vs Miranda also.

Poor Miranda keeps getting lined up with huge punchers!LOL

              Abraham x2
              Allan Green
              Pavlik
              and now possibly Froch!!
Thats an interesting point. All Miranda's big fights has been versus punchers. I wonder if he would be outboxed should he fight boxers like Bute, Kessler or Mundine.

Really confident of a miranda win, if both of them meet, froch keeps his hands to low, and miranda can ****.

If Miranda will be able to beat Abraham he sure as hell would beat Froch easily.

Okay I am coming from the espn boards and I've been telling them Froch is the truth. Right now I would take Froch to beat everyone in the division other than Calslappy. No one I know give Froch any credit, this guy will beat Miranda.
