    I dont see how if Cotto wins he would HAVE to face PW's to be considered the WW Champ. I think he should face PW's to unify another belt but he will still be considered the champ with all other WW's as contenders or titlist including PW's.

        Because Williams already took care of the guiy Cotto is scheduled to fight.
