Floyd doesn't foght mandatories , so the man doesn`t deserve to be WW #1. He is just a clown who uses boxing and his persona to leave the fans always wanting more which he'll never deliver.

On the surface it looks like he takes risks in fighting, but he never does. He'll probably fight Cotto when he's had a few more hard fights. I think he could beat him now, but Mayweather wants an easy fight and get richer in the process.

yeah. im not going with what corrupt organizations say. to me, the winner of that fight is the best WW because the best beats the best. The current WW champ already retired and hasnt fought a legitimate WW in over 2 and a half years or so. Im not gonna call him the best just because he PROLLY could beat either of them. if that were the case, then Vladimir Klit is the Featherweight Champ because he can prolly beat all the Featherweights out there. Kessler is the lightweight champ because he could prolly beat all the lightweight champs there.

It is my opinion that Champions are Champions because they prove they are, not because they "could be". General Consensus is that Michael Jordan is the best basketball player that ever lived. But there are many that say Earl "The Goat" Manigoat was better than Michael Jordan. Well, he didnt prove he was.

I would actually still consider Mayweather the WW champ after the Cotto-Margarito fight. After the DLH-PBF, if PBF decides to fight Hatton THEN I will conisder Cotto-Margarito winner line the WW Champ.
