aiight, enuff with this nonsense!!!! floyd is not ducking anybody. i've said it before, and i'll say it again......

IF YOU WERE FLOYD, and answer this **** honestly, WHO WOULD YOU FIGHT- COTTO FOR 10 MIL? OR DE LA HOYA FOR 25??????

this **** is simple mathematics!!!!! every1 knew this was coming, so yall need to get your panties outta bunch!!! this fight was a no-brainer for floyd, so quit calling the man a coward b/c he got better business sense than yall do!

now, after the dlh fight, cotto should be the biggest fight out there for him. so if he decides to fight someone else THEN, call him what you want...........

but this rematch is an easy decision to make.............

Dude, nobody's saying not to take the De La Hoya fight, if he wants more money then so be it but, make more money, it's not a bad thing but when it comes to fighting a younger fighter in his prime, excuses come up. We all know that if he REALLY wanted to fight Cotto or Margarito, he wouldn't be running man, he should just stop making excuses and fight the best out there. If he finds his balls and fights these fighters and others out there and beats them, then my respects for him.

your post is self owning dude...

        First you say:

nobody's saying not to take the De La Hoya fight, if he wants more money then so be it but, make more money, it's not a bad thing

        Then you say:

he should just stop making excuses and fight the best out there.

        Which is it?

that's my point!!! he's got a chance to make 25 mil right now. who's to say he WONT fight cotto after he beats margarito? that's all i'm saying.

ppl are going crazy, talking **** on here and its nonsense. what's wrong with making 25 mil, and letting cotto and margaito beat the hell outta each other for a shot at you? what's wrong with that??????????

now, like i said, after the de la hoya fight, if he then ducks cotto and fights hatton or somebody else, then i have no problem with calling him a coward. but as of right now, no1 knows who he is going to fight next, so its ridiculous to call the man a coward!!!

if you're a real boxing fan, look forward to july 26, and worry about mayweather after that. calling him a coward is not going to make him fight cotto or margarito tho, he'll only do that if he wants to. so let's wait and see.

but damn, yall need to let this **** go! we got a fight of the year coming up, but every1 feels the need to discuss mayweather........come july 26, i wont be thinking about floyd, after july 26- we'll see. but its disrespectful to cotto and margarito to be bringing up floyd mayweather, when discussing their fight........

my bad, if it's because of the "then so be it but, make more money" quote, the word BUT was not supposed to be there, forgot to erase. What i'm saying is, if he wants to make more money, fine, make more money. Just fight the best out there and beat them before you self-proclaim to be the best. Don't run and hide and make excuses. That's what i'm trying to say here...

It's ok to take big money fights, no problem with that, but if Floyd weren't a coward, he would be itching to get his gloves on the likes of Cotto. It's a career defining fight. The De La Hoya match up is pointless and I don't really care if Floyd wins it. Great boxers prove themselves, cowards take the money while they can. Floyd knows, as do all real fight fans, that Cotto has a real good odds on chance of sending him to retirment with a loss on his record. If Floyd were not a coward he would try to prove us wrong.

who is to say mayweather is not going to fight cotto after this fight????????

can any1 understand english on here? cotto will still be around after he beats margo, and floyd beats dlh!!!!!!!!!!

they go ass far as discredit every opponent in his 39 streak.
Wont the win be that much more embarassing for them, and wont it earn him that much more money, if he takes his time, and takes a ride on Oscar.
Not rush to it like a ****** *****. Hes p4p, not cupid *****.

Have you heard Mayweather's manager talk, he said they're not interested in Cotto! Why? Because they're afraid of him kicking the **** out of Mayweather? We understand it perfectly clear. Even in this De la Hoya rematch, who looked for who? Even De la Hoya has bigger cohones in LOOKING for good fighters to fight. Unlike Mayweather who runs and ducks good fighters.
