    Indeed he may be one.

He hasn't avoided black fighters, but a lot that had the chance to beat him.

    Please note: At Welter

Baldomir is the concencus champion who dispached o Zab Judah. Before Zab it was Zab is stil the fastest fighter possibly faster thatn even Floyd himself. With the power to match.Ricky Hattons Pressure was the key to beating Mayweather we saw what became of that. but after the inevitable victory They were all bums all of a sudden. BUt I see idiots on here calling for a Hatton-Cotto fight. Floyd will fight Cotto and will defeat him and when the cotract is signted I'll be glad to take any of your money.

    If I remember correctly...
    • Floyd ducked and dodged Baldomir the entire fight barely exchanging with him, just doing enough to score points. Plus how many loses did Baldomir already have on his record?
    • Zab Judah had Floyd's number (knocked him down early) but took himself out of the fight by getting frustrated and letting things get out of hand.
    • Hatton had been exposed the fight beforehand, so Mayweather already knew how to beat him (just like his other opponents).
    • His win against DLH was a split decision...
    • Again, please don't bring up Gatti. He's a walking mummy.

He's only fought 2 undefeated opponents his entire career! In my opinion, if he wants to call himself the best, fight the best. I know, I know. On paper he's undefeated. But if I look at what's a carefully scripted record and what is an earned record, I'll go with earned all day.

By the way, how many undefeated opponents has Cotto faced? I rest my case.

Orale vato, you are right with hand picked opponents. Everyone, really come on, look at Mayweather's history of fights like my paisano said here before. The one and only mega fight Mayweather has had up until today is the DLH fight and the rematch coming up. Mayweather has never been a huge attraction, on the opposite side, take a look at DLH who's had more mega fights in his career than Mayweather will ever have because he ducks good fighters. Screw him, I really wish DLH could some how find a way of knocking the crap out of him!

His first Mega-Fight was against De La Hoya... that was his first pay-per-view/Mega Fight. And the next fights after that were under partial control of Golden Boy Promotions.

And pah-lease don't mention his fight against Gatti as a Mega-Fight! Real boxing fans know that Gatti is a punching bag, has been for a while. People like watching Gatti fight because he bleeds all over the place.

It's so transparent and if you can't see that, then folks should question your logic.
dont pay attention to the blind mayweather nuthuggers. the real boxing fans know mayweather has been ducking the best for 6 years and counting.

Floyd saying that he's better than Ali just shows how delusional he is. He needs to get over himself something serious.

Mayweather is great, but theres no need for him to fight DLH wen he has never fought Cotto or Margrito.

if you were a fighter .. why would you even have that type of mentality.... or else u wouldnt be in the fight game ... ud be doing the job u do currently.... staying safe......

**** IF I WAS FOOOOORCEEDDDD TO FIGHT A TOP TIER FIGHTER..... even if i wasnt world class i would still be confident rather than puss out and get killed anyhow.....rather have pride and try to keep composed rather than cry like bi***...(this is assuming i was literally forced...)

trust me floyd has fought dangerous competition ... but ill be the first to admit taking the rematch with de la hoya was bull****.... unless he wipes through oscar and quickly goes for the winner of margarito/cotto...then id understand. ..regardless of that this upcoming bout kills 2 birds with one stone .. rather than fighting both margarito and cotto... he can keep his legacy intact taking undisputed winner...... however when u get into your 30's u cant expect to keep fighting back to back top level fighters or ur bound to get ****ed careerwise ...

so i hope floyd can quickly get it on with the top division fighters while he can still manage .... or else he'll get roy jones'd

he is the best. Cotto and Margarito are well known and will be better known after their fight. Floyd is the best (against handpicked competition.) Thats funny though how Arum called wrote Floyd, "psychological coward.. afraid of losing" lol.. sad part about it is that its true. Give Floyd a pat on the back Leonard.
Thats what Leonard Ellerbe is for.. consolation and emotional support. lol I'm just waiting for someone to come out and say Floyd and Ellerbe are gay. lol
How u handpick champions and P4P fighters? U are illogical!
