Why are people surprised at Arum mentioning Floyd with the Margarito vs Cotto fight on the horizon?

Realistically, one of these 2 guys SHOULD be fighting Mayweather early next year. They already got job #1 completed by getting the fight in Vegas to attract the casual boxing fans on the West Coast and trust me the place will be packed. Unless Floyd has a case of bubble guts, you better believe he's going to be there. He knows one of those guys are a big money fight for him next year.
