Don't be ridiculous. At the height of Jones's career, he was a undisputed light-heavyweight champion, a p4p king and a 3-division champion. Why would he bother with a WBO title holder from Europe.

At that time, Calzaghe was no bigger then Zolte Erdei the current WBO-light-heavyweight title holder is. Why waiste time with a guy like that.
