Why does Pavlik get a free pass fighting Lockett?

But..but...Pavlik fought Taylor and Miranda. But then a i dont like Pavlike much. I did until everyone started hyping him up and then i was like **** this....

But he has fought some good oppenents of late.

I think most people realize this is the work of Arum and don't feel that Pavlik is ducking anyone.

But if Lou DiBella tried to match Taylor with someone like Lockett, there would be an outcry and the fight would be called off

I never said Pavlik ducked anybody, just that he shouldn't be allowed to fight Lockett without any complaint since Taylor was criticized for beating up former albeit smaller champions, some of them undisputed

He HAS to fight him, or lose his title.

Pavlik fights in the middleweight division where titles mean nothing. The only divisions where titles are relevant are the ones without linear champions like the heavyweights.

That doesn't make any sense to me, since Pavlik was about to fight duddy before duddy looked like complete ass in his last fight...
