I could see putting him the 11-20th spot, but ranking him so high without doing anything at hw seems unfair. I think Haye should fight at least two hw contenders before getting a shot....

Who did he beat to get ranked top 10? Bonin? that ****ing tomato can.. He needs to prove himself. I guess he wants to make his trip to the heavyweights short, he knows his chin can't stand up to the power of the heavyweights.

We all know this is what always happens in boxing. Its nothin new, the same thing with pac moving up to light weight and getting a title shot. Because we all know wlad wants to unify the belts and if haye holds the last belt that wlad needs, well that's a perfect scenario for a fight between the two. Wlad would be calling out haye instead of vica versa. And everyone involved gets paid big money.

There are some other questionable heavyweights ranked by the sanctioning bodies.

Derek Rossy, JD Chapman, Donnell Holmes, Kevin Johnson and Carl Davis Drumond have never beaten a top 50 heavyweight either.

Although it seems like a black eye on the sport, for a guy to move up a division and be ranked in the top 10 without having fought anybody in their newly chosen division, I'm happy about this.

It should move Haye right along for a bout with an honest Heavyweight Champion who will beat the dog piss out of him. Then he will drop out of the rankings, go back to Cruiserweight, and we'll lose about 50% of the overall amount of Haye huggers around here.

i dont see why people say this is a issue, i mean like hatton did something in the welterweight division except beating collazo (the man mosley dominated) and got a shot at mayweathers wbc belt ?? its not like haye cant knock most of the top 10 ranked boxers at HW. Based on the competition at HW today, i wouldnt mind if he got a title shot right away.
