The only way that Floyd would have a shot to beat Hearns..he cant fight his long ass from the outside he would have to fight him in the pocket.

Thats too dangerous for Floyd to fight Hearns from the outside...Hearns would just set him up with left jabs..then right hand booms that Floyd wouldnt bea able to see.

Floyd would have to fight Hearns on the inside and pot shot from the outside at times.

Staying inside is the only way Floyd could beat Hearns....Floyd picks off shots in the pocket better then any fighter I seen since Sweat pea and James Toney.

And Hearns isnt necessarily iron chin...k boys.

I think Hearns would stop him. He was a huge WW and knew how to use his jab which can give Mayweather problems. (De La Hoya when he used it). Tommy was really quick and could knock you out with 1 punch. I don't see any advantage that Floyd has over Tommy prime for prime at WW.

What Burner said is true, Mayweather's only chance would be inside.

But that being said, his chances would be rather slim.
Hearns staggered and hurt Hagler when he tried to get inside.

Hearns is one of my favorite fighters..I have took pictures with him and shook his hand.....We live in the SAME city....and always have...Hes a legend in Detroit.

I know what Hearns can do in the ring better then almost anyone on this board...I have the entire career set..and my dad worships man so weve had plenty of convos...Hearns cannot beat Mayweather.....I know that.

Mayweather is an excellent Lightweight, Hearns is an excellent Welterweight. Hearns wins by stoppage.
