Co-sign. The Ring Belts are the most respected. You can't win a "vacant" Ring Belt - you must beat the man that has it, or if the owner retires or is stripped the #1 ranked must beat the #2 ranked. Which is why no heavyweight fighter has the ring belt. **** the other belts.

I have no respect for the ring after what they said about Tye Fields:Co-sign. The Ring Belts are the most respected. Exactly. To be considered the man you have to beat the man......Calzaghe beat the man that beat the man that beat the man before him.Co-sign. The Ring Belts are the most respected. Calzaghe is the linear champion, its not even up for debate.

It was a typo. I spoke to them on the phone all categories were supposed to be for Tye Fields, except most protected, which goes to Klitschko.Comment

Yep and it's only fair. I mean, Ztolt or whatever the **** beat who exactly? Joe Calzaghe should be seen as the true champ at Light Heavyweight (and this is coming from a non-calzaghe fan, life-long b-hop fan).Comment

Yeah, but having Ring Magazine have such an blatant error fires me up. That is inexcusable and should've never made it to print.Comment

Hopkins was never undisputed light heavyweight champion, so yes, it is up for debate, because it's not true. Calzaghe is not a light heavyweight champion. Hopkins has only had the IBO light heavyweight belt which isn't a sanctioning body.Comment
