I can see Peter beating Vitali. Vitali being out of the game for 2-3 years would inevitably show some rustiness, which could see Peter winning.

oh hell na if Klitschko makes it through camp Peter is getting torn up. Klitschko will never go through with the fight if he feels hes not ready, this is a guy who quit againstbyrd with 2 rounds to go and being up on the scorecards big time

Most sensible post so far, vitali would not be fit enough to be competitive...

Leopradun just said it, this is a guy who quit on his stool after winning ten rounds with Chris Byrd with a shoulder injury. If he gets in there after 3 years away and countless injuries, he will find himself shocked at how physically strong Peter is. Peter will move him around on the inside, force Vitali to contort and jerk back violently to avoid rabbit punches, get pushed to the floor. This is going to be very difficult on Vitali.

There was a reason Vernon Forrest pulled out of the Teddy Reid comeback fight on the undercard of V. Klitschko-Sanders fight. He knew it would be ridiculous to get back in there coming off of an injury to fight a dirty, physical fighter.

I have a sneaking su****ion that this fight will not happen.

Since the Judah fight has been set for a later date...I got points on Sam over Vitali...Vitali made a big mistake by not taking a tune-up and going straight for Peter...He is going to pay a price when he steps in the ring with Sam after that long lay-off...He isnt the same Vitali anymore...he has gotten older.

if Vitali gets stopped on cuts please dont cry this time, if he quits dont make excuses the man obviously feels he is healthy enough to come back so if an injury happens its no excuse boxing is a contact sport cuts and injurys can and do happen during fights.
