Junior Witter Considers Move To Welterweight

Between his inability to land a clash with UK-rival Ricky Hatton and the stress of making weight, WBC junior welterweight champion Junior Witter is considering a future move to the welterweight division, where potential bouts exist with Floyd Mayweather Jr, Antonio Margarito, Zab Judah, Shane Mosley, Miguel Cotto, Andre Berto, Carlos Quintana, Paul Williams and several others. That would be interesting to see. But I want to see the Hatton fight first.

Co-sign. I've lost a lotta respect for hatton over this ****. And since he seems dedicated to gettin a rematch wit PBF after the Malinaggi fight, looks like Witter's never gonna get his chance. He should wait to see if Hatton mans up at the end of this year, and if not move on up.

Hatton is deffinitely ducking Witter. He goes on about the PPV numbers and ticket sales but lets face it: Hatton really COULD sell out MSG masturbating and Witter would fight him for free!

Yeah, I think Witter's best chance is the move up. The metaphoric town aint big enough for the two of them, Witter better leave. He could be quite successful at Welterweight, and I think he could gain quite a lot of support from England in this venture.
