Reminds me of a young Roberto Duran. I am calling it right now, Jorge Linares will be talked about as an ATG at the end of his career.

Ok..and so will Berto...Chavez Jr...Gamboa and every other young fighter.....

    wtf????

Berto? Chavez Jr? Give me a break.

Gamboa might be a future ATG, but I am still undecided about his intangibles.

Anything can happen. It's early, but he does have great potential.

He was also stopped by Vazquez by KO rnd 1 in his 22nd pro fight. Obviously he is not what he use to be, but he would still have no problem handing Litzau an ass whooping.

Poor Litzau, you gotta feel for the guy, he works so hard, but he just isn't that smart. He also boils himself down to that weight.
I don't know about all of that. Larios has had a lot of fights and some of them were pretty grueling. Shopworn, past it, shot, old....take your pick. They all describe Larios. He's not a punching bag, but he's not a live threat.

Glass Joe is a bit of a dummy. Could have made life a lot easier on himself in his fights with Nolasco and Hernandez. He must be a sucker for excitement and punishment.

i can respect that, but regardless, Litzau would get outclassed by this old warrior any day. I like Litzau too and I was hoping he would do good against Guerrero seeing how it was his BIG shot, but it wasnt meant to be. Litzau prolly wont get passed the B level in this boxing game.

its sad to think what Linares has done to Larios though. Because of that fight, Larios will never be able to fight in the US basically ending his career. I hope he invested wisely.
Litzau had some moments in the Guerrero fight, but he was dead in the water once he saw his power shots had little effect. I agree with you, he'll never get past being a Friday Night Fights showcase kind of guy. He has a lot of heart though...gotta give him that.

Larios took a beating in that fight. Linares rocked him more times than I care to remember and was landing at will in spots. I was surprised Oscar lasted as long as he did.

That had more to do with Linares than Oscar.
