Lee was a good fighter but not GREAT. Name me the best fighter he has beat. Name him the number of titles he has. Then after all that they claim him to be the greatest fighter of all time.

Nobody is saying Lee is magical.

Nobody is saying Lee wouldn't get hurt at all.

But Lee fighting someone who is only punching.

      Would probably dismantle them.

He'd use Tysons momentum and strength against him.

Dude might end up KOing himself. LOL.

Not only was he a great fighter but he was also a great human being.

No one has answered my question, thats werid. I thought Lee was the greatest fighter of all time. Interesting, I take a note. Bruce Lee would be able to take a right hand from Tyson with gloves and continues to move freely. I highly doubt that.

I would pay to see Bruce Lee against Sugar Ray Leonard or Wilfred Benítez, no gloves, no grappling.

Yes this is a boxing forum.

But there are no belts or titles to discuss.

Man to man - body to body - just a regular old fight.

Lee would do away with Tyson.

You think Tyson has enough speed to keep up with Lee?

Lee would probably be on his toes with some crazy spastic head movement.

Tyson would know better than to fight Lee.

Bruce Lee was a very intelligent man. I don't think he would have never faced Tyson while weighting 135-145 pounds. He would probably take a .45 and BAM!

For that to happen Tyson would actually have to be able to hit him which is very unlikely.

Besides, which Tyson are you comparing. A prime 20-21 year old world champion or the Tyson that lost to Danny Williams?

                    IN ALL HONESTY
there isn't anyone that can make a foolproof claim that Lee was or wasn't a great fighter. He hasn't ever been filmed fighting and established fighter. We have never seen him take a punch let alone a solid punch.
WE DONT KNOW if Lee would make a good boxer or MMA or a bad one. Hell we don't know how powerful he is throwing a punch. We don't know whether that speed he does evidently carry has any power in it at all.
We don't know his grappling techniques or skills. We don't know whether Lee would disloge Tysons arm whilst punching.
He could be amazing or he could just be a fast SOB who really actually couldn't take a punch.

Prime 20-21 year old world champion. Of course Tyson will be able to hit him, and if he did Lee would wouldn't be able to continue to fight.
