If the UFC thought Lesnar was such a joke why did they that much hype for him. And Kimbo might be on Ellite but he's also being hyped to death and is going to be headlining their first car on CBS.

The ufc is one of the reasons why I hardly watch MMA anymore, I only watch when Anderson Sylva fights. Pride was the ****, you had guys from all over the world truly beating the **** out of each other, those soccer kicks and foot stomps were just nasty. They had those tournaments that were a real showdown of the best against the best. The UFC is all about hype, they hype up mediocre fighters and mediocre fights and then pay them peanuts to beat the **** out of each other.

and when those Pride guys come over to the UFC . they usually lose , with the exception of Rampage. UFC owns pride now.

Some of them lose because thet were used to different rules and Pride favored strikers over ground game. The octagon is ****, it gives grapplers and unfair advantage over srtikers. Of all those pride guys that lost they all would have won in a ring, they are not used to guys running at them as if they were in the nfl. Pride neutralized that by allowing knees or kicks on the ground that made sure that if you were going for a take down you better get it or you were going to get the **** kicked out of you.

MMA is just a bunch of bums. They train with somebody for a couple of years and think they are certified in some technique. In boxing you have to put in years and years of training to be the best.

LOL.... um Silva actually takes on REAL challenges and not semi retired fighters or guys who fight below his weight class. YOU CANNOT pop shot or back pedal the whole fight in the UFC and win either, so sorry pal, you lose.
