Roy took androstenedione which according to WADA a prohibited performance-enhancer. It does not matter if a user of any drug claims ignorance regarding its prohibitation or not. The athlete and the athlete only is responsible for what he puts in his body. Neither does it matter if the drug was legally bought in a toystore. I believe that you even today can buy EPO in Spain at pharmacies without prescription.

The drug in question came on the doping-list in 2004. This does not mean that use of this particular performance-enhancer is legal until 2004. It only means that it's not on the list.

The point is: It is illegal to use artificial aids to gain a competitive edge. So in that aspect Jones is guilty of doping.

This is really nothing new at all. LOL I remember a thread exactly like this with the same info a few years ago. Yes, we all know he tested positive for andro and took the Ripped Fuel.

I think most people that believe he used steroids just look at his body, the extraordinary muscle mass gain between short periods of time, and think he might have used them.

I mean, the whole "He never tested positive" and "He never went into roid rage" blah blah. LOL That's all nonsense. Neither has Barry Bonds. Neither has Sugar Shane. etc etc

Really none of that initial post proves anything, or adds anything to the argument whatsoever.

I think everyone knows he tested positive in 2000. However, only one fighter was linked to Balco and that was Shane Mosley.
