Rampage yes, Liddell as of P4P no, Couture isn't in the business right now, Silva just recently came to the UFC, Arlovski? Are you serious. He is good but not P4P next to BJ Penn. And plus the guy said one of the best not the best

All these moves are dirty street moves that would work on any mma person. Thats why they are banned in mma events. Nothing comes close to punching its the most power type of art.
do you know how a triangle choke works? it's a blood choke applied to the aorta with your legs.

if the guy has one leg under your arm and the other on your neck how the hell are you gonna fishhook his mouth or gouge out his eyes? punch him in the balls? he has a leg over one arm and the other under. how much power can you punch with when you have no leverage and on the floor?

......and by the way most guys get lightheaded after a few seconds and pass out after 10-15. to apply the choke you have to also pull down on the guys head , how are you gonna see what you're grabbing or punching at?

BJ Penn (and I am a fan) is a fat ass. He should stop talking about Mayweather who is more dedicated to training and his own sport than fatass Penn ever while be. Floyd always works hard, Penn hardly works, probably because he's naturally lazy. Penn relies on his natural talent and pisses it away by training at KFC.

BJ Penn should shut the **** up and go back to eating his triple BK broiler, because even though he should destroy Sherk, it's possible he'll be gassed after round 1 (as usual) and receive a brutal ass kicking in the form of lay and pray, and mounted hugging by the master of doing nothing: Sean Sherk.

I don't know why some people post something that just makes them look ****** afterwards. If they don't know nothing about a sports they just post on like they know what they're talking about. Atleast facts would be nice and decent opinions. Pathetic to say the least

I didn't say he's not. Liddell is one of my favourite fighters but he isn't beter then Penn P4P as of now if you know what that means. He's lost 2 of his last 3 fights. One comming surpisingly to Jardine so his ranking went down. Silva again has lost 3 of his last 4 fights. Two of them in the UFC. He is my favourite LHW but he is not better then BJ Penn P4P as of now. Your comparing a lightweight in Penn to Silva Lightheavy weight. I was just stating them P4P. Couture and Jackson are the only ones you names that could be argued

LOL...Arlovski is a ****in bum. He hasn't fought in UFC in over 2 yrs and lost his last 2 fights to ****in Tim Sylvia. Randy is without saying, and as far as Machida he's good but hasn't accomplished half of what Penn has in his time let alone fighting the level of competition. he's getting his first big fight next month against Tito (which I have Machida winning).

Don't discredit the dude cause he dissed Floyd man.

                  LMAO.

                  Lidell is overrated as hell.

And arlovski? He's a ****ing bum with a China chin.

Gimme a break. You need to watch some BJ Penn fights. More natural talent than pretty much anyone in MMA. Just get past the fact that he's built like the stay puft marshmallow man.

i have to disagree with this. bj penn is very well skilled. most of his losses were due to him fighting at welterweight , i think he's a more natural lightweight , and stamina issues. he was winning , imo , in his most recent welter losses until he gassed. i don't think he trains as hard as he did when he was younger. people forget that even though mma doesn't pay that well that b.j. is from a rich family in hawaii. that's how he got his blackbelt so quick because he was able to train fulltime , unlike most mma fighters , because he didn't have to work and jiu-jitsu classes outside of brazil is not cheap.
