It's hard to gauge exactly how well Robinson would do with the other great welterweights because the footage I've seen of him there is minimal and so grainy.
Sure, we know he was awesome, but still, it's hard to gauge off that footage and the footage of him above 147 just how well he does against other great WWs.

Robinson is a tricky fighter so its hard because he could fight and box very well but he showed he can lose against very smart in fighters like jake lamotta.
I think a great in fighter like hagler beats him at middlewieght but i dont see any outboxer beating him because hes so gd at outboxing opponants and fighting them.

Ray never had trouble beating biggers guys even when he was outwieghed as a light heavywieght so dont use that as a excuse to losing lol.

if they are list them, and provide explanation why they could beat him
can be any current active fighter, or any other fighter in the past 3 decades
It's like saying Wilt Chamberlin would have the same amount of success or even more if he played in the NBA today. Which is ******ed.
You can only compare Ray Robinson to other fighers that fought in his era.Last edited by deliveryman; 04-25-2008, 06:39 PM.
