It was Joe post R4 that largely caused this, by finding his range, keeping Hopkins at distance with the jab, and avoiding Hopkins racing in with lethal blows. Hopkins in the end could only charge in head first with one punch, then it'd be a hold. That's not effective, and what Joe made him do later on in the fight.
What do u think was the biggest factor in Bhop losing to Joe?

He just sticks to his gameplan too much. And is far too selective. He should have tried to finish Joe in the 1st round. I agree he had nothing to lose. Joe has no power so he should have opened up more.Comment

Exactly! Bhop was fighting as if he had the fight in the bag. It's just frustrating to see a master like Bhop get beat because the other fighter was a busier slapper. If Joe landed 3 signifigant punches in the entire fight, that was alot!Comment
