    It's ashame that Joe C...

has not been fighting here till now. He would make more money than just about anyone, and be popular as hell. it is also ashame that most americans have not seen just how good the guy is, and how much he can bring to the sport. i think imho that Joe is much more special than he is given credit for. If he was american he would be one of the most famous boxers ever. It also sucks that he and Bhop are nearing the end, and we will not have them to watch and enjoy for much longer. They are both super special for this game that we all love, and it sucks they are near the end. It was a great run, and thanks to boxing, and them both for all they are, and have done. Can't wait for sat!

Agreed. I will miss these guys! I still miss Lennox! Now we're gonna be seeing the last fight of Bernard and maybe the second to last fight of Joe, there's gonna be a feeling of emptiness when they are gone.

You would think Calzaghe would be more popular worldwide but he isn't for some reason. I know people that don't even watch Boxing that saw him whoop on Lacy when it was broadcast on Showtime and it still didn't seem to make an impression. When Calzaghe fought Kessler it got the lowest ratings in BAD history. Go ****in figure..

dunno man, but a guy who is undefeated, and champ for as long as he has been, and with as many sucessful defenses as he has had, is "not that good"?

Ive always liked Calzaghe, always seemed like a nice guy, I really have no idea why he isnt more well known, hes not even that big in Britain.

Ive heard he was really ****y in his earlier years tho. And Ive heard its Frank Warren's fault he wasnt more well known, so maybe its that.

...Wank Warren is the worst. cant stand that guy. I blame him.

I think that had more to do with it being broadcast at like 7pm then it had to do with Calzaghe. People don't like changing their schedule. If boxing is always on at 9 and you move it to 7 people are not going to remember.

Its a shame, because that was one of the best fights last year.

Not quite. That was a WCB card. That would have been terrible if it was the worst BAD ratings ever... geez.
