I think we are being a little hard on Woods, he did the best he could with a limited amount of talent. How much of Woods performance was down to him and how much was down to him being outboxed will only really be revealed when Tarver turns up for his next fight.

I think those who make the mistake of trying to draw a comparison between Ricky/ Woods and Calzaghe are barking up the wrong tree, Woods and Ricky have big hearts but Joe is an infinitely better boxer than either of them.

I think Clinton lacked heart in that fight actually.

But yeah Clinton was always low key for a reason, because all the other champs were just better.

I hagve to say I'm having doubts about Calzaghe; STepping up a weight (hatton can't do it.) , first fight in America?, Quality oppoisition (Hatton could / couldn't against number 1.)

I'm definitely staying up for this one though, and his sparring partner problems.

Joe hasnt lost since he was like 18 right? Is that correct? If so Hop beating him in any way is a great win. Hop doesnt try to butt, he keeps his head down for defensive purposes, when by chance a butt happens its not on purpose.
