I think Tyson would have his way with RJJ. I'd say Jones Jr. could stay away for a little bit, but not too long. He was so much bigger, not to mention his incredible physical skills.

as fast as roy was in his prime, he wouldn't be able to do anything to stop a prime tyson from closing in on him. all tyson would have to do is to cut off the ring and rush in. It's not like rjj's jab would make tyson back off. Once tyson had him closed in just the body blows alone would be enough to do rjj in. You can duck and slip like Floyd but theres no way rjj would be able to defend tysons bodyshots.

When it comes to the argument of tyson having problems with speedier fighters, like others said, tyson was fighting legitimate, tall heavyweights with long reach for a hw. Roy isn't tall or have much reach at all compared to those guys. He simply would have no means to stop tyson from coming in. Thats all there is to it. First or second round knockout.

It would last as long as Roy could avoid a punch, which was almost all night when he was prime. But Mike in his prime had speed to go with his power and he woulda KO'd a prime Roy in a HW body.
