Yeah, Kessler still have a career ahead of him.

But credit to Joe Calzaghe for beating a 39-0 world champion, who is in his prime!

and credit to Kessler for having the balls to fight in Joes backyard and risk his undefeated record and titles.

Hopkins would have been KNOCKED out when Joes hands weren't so brittle.
Another FACT you ignore that Joe had serious Power.
And hopkins had much more power back then too.

5 years ago was shortly after he KO'd Trinidad. That version of Bhop was nearly unstoppable and Joe would have lost badly, imo.

but again, this is my opinion and yours, so stop throwing out the word FACT when obviously neither opinion can be proved as such.

It is a FACT that he had KO power and his record says it.

Yep, I agree. I have nothing against Calzaghe and respect what he's done, I just find it ironic that some of his fans criticize Hopkins' resume or downplay his accomplishments when they almost mirror Calzaghe's (except Hopkins resume being a bit better, obviously).

No one knows how good Calzaghe is because he is undefeated and hasn't fought anyone. Theres really nothing special about Calzaghe except that zero on his record. But like Hatton.. we know how a great fighter can make that zero look like hes never fought a great fighter. Calzaghe makes a lot of mistakes.. for example he squares up and drops his head alot. Which is why Kessler was killing him with the counter uppercut... something other fighters werent skilled enough to do. Hopkins is much more skilled and experienced than Kessler. Hopkins will not only capitalize on this flaw but all of Calzaghes flaws. He beat Tarver because he noticedTarver uses his back leg as his guide.. he beat Wright because he noticed Wright had balance problems. In his own words Calzaghe wins on speed and punch rate but thats without a fighter capitalizing on all his mistakes like Hopkins will. Thats why Hopkins says he will make Calzaghe look amateurish because he will capitalize on his flaws and expose him. Calzaghe was taught by an amateur trainer. On fight night you will see what happens when a fighters flaws get exposed.

The real star beat him and moved up yet Hopkins never followed.
He only moved up when the Risk was gone and the talent again had gone.
Calzaghe will be his biggest fight since RJJ and he will lose that convincingly as he would have 5 years ago when he backed out.
His fights are dull and his cheating is classed as "Mad skillz".
I don't believe people will be clamouring to see reruns of his fights in the future unlike true greats like Marvin Hagler.

Your a ****ing tool and assume that people are a fan of Calzaghe if they don't believe Hopkins Hype.
Truth is I AM NOT A FAN OF JOE but I can see he has beaten the better and more dangerous opposition.
                At a higher weight.
But don't get me wrong I have issues with Joes resume as well.
I believe Frank Warren has a lot to do with that.
It is funny how B-hype fans automatically assume that if they don't suck B-Hypes balls they must be a Calzaghe fan.
                Open your mind son.

Joe has not beaten better and more accomplished fighters, to say that is just crazy. Neither Kessler nor Lacy were true pound-for-pound fighters. Lacy was maybe borderline, but to become a pound-for-pounder you gotta prove yourself against top class and Lacy hadn't. His best win was against Robin Reid who was completely past his best. Kessler had an impressive record and was a solid Danish fighter. Super-middleweight doesn't exactly have a wealth of top fighters to beat. Same goes for middle where Hop reigned but he did dominate Tito who was a proven pound-for-pound fighter, 40-0 and had trailblazed three weight divisions. PROVEN. Unlike Kessler and Lacy. Proven. And Winky Wright. Another proven fighter. Another pound-for-pounder. To undermine Hopkins is to undermine your own intellect.

Fact: It's You're not Your (thought us yanks were the dumbies?). Your is a form of the possessive case of you used as an attributive adjective. The way you used it, it means My ****ing Tool.

You're is a contraction of you are. This would have been the correct way to call me a ****ing tool.

That's a free lesson. Next time I charge.
