Hopkins should retire... the onlly other fights out there left for him is the rematch against RJJ or a fight against James Toney

If David Haye becomes Heavyweight champion or atleast gets a title, watch him come out of retirement.

Though even then, this is still sad news.

"60/40 KICK YO ASSSSSS....60/40 TEAR YO ASSSSSS UP!" Please, Roy already beat ol' snaggle-tooth once with a broken hand while he was in his prime, the second time around during the senior tour woulndn't really matter, but Roy would still probably win, he just has the style to pick B-Hop apart.

Glass jaw? I think that is a little bit over-exagerated. The punches that KO'd Jones would probably buckle the strongest chinned light-heavyweight. Nobody in the division would have stood against the Tarver left hook in Jones-Tarver II. The Johnson punch was right on the back of the ear and would have hurt anyone as well. The only one that could be seen as a weaker punch that Jones has been hurt by was the short right hand that Tarver hit Jones with in the 3rd fight. So dont come out hard like that. Hopkins is nowhere near the athlete that Roy is even today and would never KO him. He is not fast or skilled enough and he knows that. Otherwise why not fight Jones again after all this time of the fans wanting it?

Hopkins WILL retire after this next loss against Calzaghe. He was a great champion but come on Father Time as taken the edge now where he simply can't fight a solid 3 minutes a round for 12 rounds!! Hopkins could still beat alot of fighters out ther and at 43 years old he simply amazes me!!! That being said he's goona lose by a rather wide magin to Calazaghe and hopefully retire while all his brains are intact..

You decide and give me your opinion. Who would win in Rjj vs. B-hop II?
You dont even know what you talking about...You really must hate B-hop??

The guy has an overrated resume and never chased the real challenges out there at Super-middle or Light-Heavy.
He played it safe at 160 for too long against poor opposition in an era without any real stars.
The real star beat him and moved up yet Hopkins never followed.
He only moved up when the Risk was gone and the talent again had gone.
Calzaghe will be his biggest fight since RJJ and he will lose that convincingly as he would have 5 years ago when he backed out.
His fights are dull and his cheating is classed as "Mad skillz".
I don't believe people will be clamouring to see reruns of his fights in the future unlike true greats like Marvin Hagler.

Calzaghe is good but Hopkins is a Living Legend

Hopkins has fought the best for the last 10 years. When Roy Jones was in his prime knocking everybody out with ease.. Hopkins was the man who took him the distance making Roy say, "Hopkins is a MAN". James Toney, Bernard Hopkins, Michael Nunn, Hopkins, Virgil Hill represented an era of Boxing Legends. Understand that the air in Wales which Calzaghe flourished in was never as thick . Hopkins is old.. not as old as Foreman was when he knocked out Michael Moore but old enough for Calzaghe to be able to get in the same ring with him. If he was younger Calzaghe would get KTFO but since Hopkins is older he will only get beat up. Hopkins is one of the best of the best. Thats what a legend is. Hopkins is a living legend and come fight night he will punish and make Calzaghe look amateurish like he did Tarver who is good but flawed like Calzaghe.
