Who on this list beats everyone else on this list?

De La Hoya beat Sweet Pea at WW and would beat him just as easy at 140. Tszyu, Pryor and Mayweather would also beat Pea at 140, as would many others not on this list. Whitaker may have been the most boring fighter ever with little power. Pea should have joined the track team since he liked to run so much.Comment

How many Whitaker fights have you actually watched? The DLH fight was close when Whitaker was arguably past his prime. He was a defensive master, even better than James Toney IMO. And his fights weren't always boring, I've never seen him 'run', he used lateral movement and sometimes elected to stand and trade with an opponent while picking off shots with his gloves.De La Hoya beat Sweet Pea at WW and would beat him just as easy at 140. Tszyu folded under pressure fighters like Phillips and Hatton. If he folded against them, what makes you think he could beat a prime Chavez or Pryor?
I never really understood that either. Pernell was actually a pretty consistant fighter in the ring. Hell, a lot of the time he would pressure his opponents. If I remember right, he was even pressuring the huge 154lber Julio Cesar Vasquez in that fight...How many Whitaker fights have you actually watched? and I also remember him throwing a LOT of punches in the Nelson fight...Although oyu could say he did a little bit of running in that fight. Never understood why people called Pernell a runner...he didnt do it often.Comment

That is not arguable Whitaker for sure past him prime and on the down side of his career. How many Whitaker fights have you actually watched? Wow I didn't even know he was winning. Thats messed up. Thats what happens when a thread like this is posted in the Non Stop Boxing section. They see the Gatti fight and think Mayweather is a god. Alot of fighters could've done that to Gatti that night. Pryor would've stopped him much earlier than Floyd did. Whitaker wouldn't have gotten hit, etc.Comment

That's a tough call... It's between Sweat Pea, Pryor, & Floyd...
I could see Pryor beating Sweat Pea but struggling with Floyd (undecided about the winner of that one)
I could see Sweat Pea beating Floyd by a SD
You can't just say Sweat Pea would have beaten everyone on that list...Comment
