perfect logic.

My dad is scottish, my mum is american.

I was born in england, I'm english.

I was born in Nairobi as my Dad was working out there at the time. Neither my parents are Kenyan and I left there when 3 months old and have only been there once since. I don't hold a Kenyan passport but have a British passport. I guess by your logic I'm Kenyan. Can't argue with that logic!

Nationality is much more to do with blood ties and where you've lived than where you happened to be born.
