2.Unlike DLH, Cotto is on his prime!

    3. Nobody have defeated Cotto!!!

    4. DLH got KO by B-hop and a then he was inactive for over 20 moths then he fought the human punching bag (Mayorga) and then took a year off before fighthing floyd and when 12 round whit Floyd and still got as close as a Split Decision.

5.Cotto is actively fighting 3 time a year!!!

6.Cotto is southpaw with and orthodox stance and he switch it up between rounds!

    7. Styles make fights and while Floyd might have the best elusive style, Cotto is good presure fighter that stalk you and cuts the ring.

    8. Cotto have enough power on his hands to KO floyd (more Power than floyd if he decides to stop running and trade punches)

9.Floyd have speed but speed is not all in boxing cuz Judah have more speed that Floyd and still lost to floyd and better yet he got KO by Cotto!!!

    10. Cotto does have a jab and can box too! (Mosley fight)

    11. Cotto defeated Mosley and a prime DLH couldn't do it and he try twice!!!!

12.Corley, Sosa, and Judah went 12 round with floyd but Cotto KO Corley in just 5, Sosa in 4 and judah in the 11th

    13. Mosley still is better than DLH, also Floyd against DLH= Split Desicion for Floyd while Cotto/Mosley =Unanimous Desicion win for Cotto

    14. Floyd have a good resume at 130 but at 147 Cotto's resume is better!

    15...

Watch the last 10 secs of DLH-PBF 12th round. Oscar buzzed PBF with about the cleanest left hook he landed in the entire fight and it wasn't that flush. If PBF would have brawled like that in the rest of the fight he would have been KO'd.

Cotto has improved very much in the last two years and would give Floyd a very tough fight if not a defeat. After his win over Moseley he deserves the match more than DLH IMO. But DLH can make Floyd at least double the money that Cotto can and Floyd knows DLH's a much easier match for him.

Cotto can only get better & better with every fight he takes...as for DLH, well u know what I mean..i say let Cotto get in there with Margarito & Williams or Andre Berto possibly before Floyd.. Berto could be a tune up before Floyd..

Plain and basic common sense is knowing that Cotto is gonna lose.

It's easy to say someone is going to lose, but expain; why?

Cotto has the tools to beat Mayweather.. He has timing, a steady jab, good pressure and body work, workrate, he's smart, has power, etc.. There's no point in trying to compare opponents in the past.. The only way is to have them fight.. Honestly, I'm obviously a huge Cotto fan (check my sig), but I see Mayweather winning a close decision, but he's gotta fight him now and not wait a few years, because he's gonna need to be on his top game.. If his reflexes and timing slip a bit, Cotto will get him.. I've said in the past, I think Cotto is the one who can beat Mayweather, and Mayweather is the one who can beat Cotto.. They are truly #'s 1 and 2

Um... De La Hoya? Really? Did he even make an effort to hit Mayweather?

I've searched the records and I don't think Cotto ever fought this fella you refer to, Maganallie...

However, Cotto did beat the sense out of a Paul Malignaggi... who in reponse to the viscous beating he received proceeded to run away for th second half of the fight.

Now... what this has to do with Cotto (the unquestionable best welterweight fighter out there) prospectively facing Mayweather, I don't know. But I also don't understand ordinary, run of the mill Boxing scene logic. (i.e. (2 + 2 = 5))
