I'm talking about guys who haven't stepped up and fought the really elite.

I would have considered Paul Williams truly untested until he fought a Mayweather or Cotto.

Valero has been tested once and only his power got him through....i hate his ****ing style...especially how he grabs your head instead of jabbing......****ty stamina as well, against mosquera, after 1 1/2 rounds he was already dead tired and won when he got his second wind in the 7th....
