      Anyways.

The beating was only a portion of what I explained. His timing was off, he had no rhythm and that carried over to the Pac fights. Yes I remember him chasing Raheem, lol and he'd throw the whackest, slow motion combo that totally missed the target or was smothered in close.

It was partly ******ity but it took guts to stay southpaw after he got hit with the first few shots.

he was literally outboxed. He was the aggressor up to the last second.

being shot because of this fight is idiotic. the drained excuse is so much better.

And that is why Morales smiles and always chooses pacquiao cause he likes having the honor of being the only Mexican so far to beat the pacman.

and he beat a Prime Pacman at that.

thats why Erik Morales to me is above barrera and marquez.
I agree completely, and I've had the same precise thought many times.

I've watched the fight maybe 15 or 20 times. TREMENDOUS.

                  Good thread.

He wasn't shot the second time he fought Pacquiao, he was drained, the way he fought the first few rounds in the second fight wasn't the way a shot fighter would fight. He definitely was weight drained though.

I was sure he was done too. As i thought Barrera was done going into his fight with Hamed. Everybody was saying the same too. But, great fighters dig deep and as they say "one last hurrah(win)"
