That beating just took way too much out of him.......and the fact he was at the blown up weight, he didn't look natural lol. He was inaccurate (K I realize Raheem is a good fighter and tricky), lethargic, and wasn't in his usual rhythm where he could throw the straight punching combinations.

He carried that over to his fights with Pac. Not to mention he was in fact knocked out: Clear sign he was done.
He was shot going into his third fight with barrera imo.

There's no denying the damage those counters he was landing were doing.

They'd stand Morales up, and spray sweat off his head like a water balloon. I'm almost amazed that any man at that weight could take that ****.

      lol.

We are in agreement with this.

Morales didnt even blink absorbing those shots from raheem. It's like a JAB compared to what he got againts Barrera, Chi and PAC.

Stop making up excuses already. Morales is a great Fighter so is MAB, JMM and PAC stop making anymore BS.

If Manny Pacquiao gets K.O'd. It's because he was drained or overconfident.
I think both are fair assessments. Both have (or in Morales's case, had) stellar chins. Morales actually, to my eyes, didn't even look hurt when he went down against Pacquaio, at any point. He just looked tired, exhausted, and drained from making weight.

Everyone said how unhealthy Morales looked at the weigh-ins for the second and third fights.

wow then we saw a completely different fight. At the 10th round Morales was so frustrated, he was literally chasing Raheem with his right hand and actually landed but the ref called it a slip. Hardly the act of a man whose been beaten to a pulp ala Chavez-Taylor.

That was a great fight, Morales had unbelievable guts, turining southpaw in the 12th round he got hit with bombs when he did that.
