Why should he have to fight outside his country to move up in ranking? A ring is a ring no matter what country it's in.
I don't think Calzaghe is p4p number one, mainly because he has only fought in one weight class, after he has a pop at the light heavyweight division i'd have more of an idea. But a no to Pacman for being number one right now, Floyd is just too good of a boxer, no matter who he's up against.

I have nothing but praise for both Mexican legends, but this **** about Pac beating them because they were shot, has to stop.
I'm not taking anything away from Pac. I think he sealed Terrible's fate and finished off a fading fighter. But if you think that was Erik Morales wasn't on a down-slide late in his career then you don't know too much.

3 of his last 6 fights were against Pac. Morales was also defeated by Barrera in one of those fights. Another fighter that Pac destroyed. Was Barrera shot aswell? Was u calling Morales shot when he beat Pac in thier first fight?
