weight drained or not,,,,he's facing guys who arent nearly naturally as big as him. against heavyweights it will be the opposite so there's no way in hell his power is going to be as devastating as it was at cruiser. he's going to have to use his advantages in speed instead

Honestly dude, I don't know where you come up with this stuff.

Haye has fought ONE fight at HW, a journeyman with an inflated record who had already been starched by Audley Harrison.

Edit: although Felix Trinidad is a not a very good example, he indeed lost a lot of his power when he moved up. Because he fought against much bigger guys.
its funny how so many of these haye huggers cant seem to grasp this obvious concept

I think it is possible that Haye could end up to be one of the hardest punches in the division at his time, It all depends how he moves into the weight. He is doing it the right way I hear, Taking a year to 18 months to put on size, lets hope he keeps his speed! "And Speed Kills" His shots are **** on the button most of the time,And has defs long arms..It could workout well. Its just his chin that is in Question!

Cotto's chin seems like it improved when he moved up in weight, maybe Haye's will be the same.

For those that think the HW division is boring, Haye's move there should do something to rectify that.

Yes we know Haye can hit hard. We also know when Haye is hit he stays hit. It is just a matter of time when Hayes chin is exposed. It might take someone like Wlad or the othe champs to reveal it. Just like Rid**** exposed Hides.
Haye with his punching power has achieved so much already though and has overcome the shortcomings his chin has.

                Exposed?.....
Wlad will expose Haye as not being the next great Heavyweight that many are hyping him to be. Haye is a great CW, but thinking he can just jump up and KO the #1 HW, Wladimir KlitschkO, is ridiculous.

Haye lacks the chin and stamina to be a dominant HW and I can see him losing to many top HW's.

Why no love for Haye? He's British, which fills your main criteria, he's brave, talented and exciting, and he's gunning for the best names out there. I'm all for contrarian stances when there's some rationale behind them, but really, what is there not to support about The Hayemaker?
I just don't see Haye as a great HW and I really don't like fighters that talk **** regardless of their ethnicity. That's why I don't like like fighters like Haye, Witter, Mayweather, Malinaggi etc, no matter how talented they are. I think fighters should show some class and respect for their opponents.

Haye could be the hardest puncher in the heavyweight divsion. He could have the power that razor ruddock had . Ruddock only became a puncher later in his career . Danny Willams said at cruiserweight his power is only less than tyson and vitali in the heavyweight divsion and when he puts on 30 pounds he will hit harder than wlad.

Definately not. I think his stamina will get to him when he puts on 30 pounds. It will also slow him down significantly
