As Mormeck said of a 60% Haye: Ive never been hit so hard so often his jab left the right side of my face numb for 2rds. I lost to a great fighter who will become a great champion he will beat Maccarinelli with ease.
thatt's what im saying, for a natural puncher added weight would only add to the biscuit and benifit him. some people are saying it has to do with styles, but i was talking about punchers not boxers. every puncher's style is the same, sooner or later at any part of the fight they will make their opponent taste their hands. no matter if they going backwards or foward.

      Haye walks around at 230-235.

He needed to lose 30lbs in 10wks for Mormeck he had no legs watch the fight he isnt hurt by the left hook his legs gave away.

Haye will have a solid chin at heavy trust me.

      He will become a superstar.

Haye has to be in with a shot at beating some of the best currently at heavy, just on desire. He wants it more than any of 'em, and he has the attributes to realize the ambitions. Ain't saying he's gonna torch Wlad or anything, but I'd love to see him try, and at least give him some hell.

I think 30 pounds is a lot of weight to gain, he'd be around 228-230 lbs....will he still have good quickness? It's bound to slow him down some, and that could hurt him. I think one thing that would help make him effective at heavyweight would be his speed, most of the top heavies aren't as fast as Haye, if I were him, I would get around 220 or so, &try to retain my hand &foot speed as much as possible.
I agree with everything you wrote. Good post!

exactly I'd love to see it.

It's not a mismatch or anything. We'd see afterward how good Haye is. If he's not better than Wlad, then what?........he's not better than the best guy in the division. hmmmmm.

If he lost to Wlad he could put Audley Harrison on a stretcher in his come back fight. People will always want to watch Haye.

Putting on weight, will definately strengthen his ability to take punches.
              But not his chin.
              Maybe he has more stamina,
positiv: Don't need to make weight anymoer
              negativ: More muscles=lesser stamina

This will improve his recovering a bit
and with a bigger neck he can take some punches better.

It really will be interesting to see how far Haye can go. I really didnt think much of Haye when he lost to old man Carl. But Haye has done better than i believed he could. When Haye said losing to Carl was the best thing that happened to him, i thought they were just empty words trying to convince himself that he wasnt finished.
But it seems the loss really may have been the making of Haye. Made him serioulsy train and take it seriously. Talent alone wont get you anywhere he realized. But losing to an old man like Carl wont do Hayes future legacy much good though, no matter what Haye achieves in the future. That loss will always be a stain on his CV

Many Fighters lost early in their careers. Hopkins,Mayorga,Rafael Marquez.
He isn't undefeated anymore, but it really looks like he improved his stamina and discipline since then.

To be fair that loss to Thompson wasn't even bad.

                    Undefeated records are overrated.

Haye is now the WBA,WBC,WBO and Ring Title holder at Cruiserweight. So it's not a stain, just another fight that got him there.
