You cant just lose 18lbs of muscle you complete goon it would be muscle, water and fat.

        Jones v Ruiz:

I remember he had man boobs at the weigh in.

To even suggest 1, losing 18lbs in 6mths for a boxer is tough is crazed and 2, to think it was all Muscle is crazed.

Yes 18 pounds is 18 pounds, but what circleinside is trying to say is that it is allot easier for someone carrying a higher percentage of body fat to loose weight. Roy was a very lean 193. Yes he lost a combination of water, fat, and muscle, however the amount of muscle was greater than than most people would have to shed. I know people also who have lost that much weight in a shorter time to fight including myself. But the amount of muscle had to of shed in that time was anything but good.

its hard when he didnt use all 6 months of the time. he had six months between the fights but that doesnt mean that he was training all 6 months for tarver. he had other fights that where up in the air. he has to stay at HW type weight so he didnt have to pack all of that back on. he did have more muscle than fat buddy. james toney has been tested positive twice with roids and he still looked fat as **** even being on them. come on man just give it up. roy didnt also have 18 pounds of fat on him either. if he did have fat he had more muscle. when you get rid of all the fat that you have. you lose muscle. he was WEIGHT drained in the fight with tarver.

ur a fat 193 pounds and u lose 18 pounds

A guy training everyday for 10wks would lose very little muscle mass unless on a starvation diet.

How can you work out 2-4hrs a day every day and lose a lost of lean muscle tissue?
