I will repeat it for you, how is controlling your oppents position to alnd blows defense? I call it offense.

Floyd uses elbows to deflect blows, to switch sides on the inside and in clinches, and to move the other fighter. The first one is defense, second and third are inside fighting, fourth is offense and it is not legal.
You're not posting video's cause you're full of **** like 90% of the time.

Dumbass, it's starts with his shoulders which is part of his defense. But like every other time I've debated with you in the past, when you have no evidence you come up with some off topic ****. Funny thing is you're being off-topic and still wrong, you don't know anything about defense or boxing.

You sure are dumb, for a person that tries hard to be boxing historian.

I really have to go now, I know you are just like Bozo and this will continue tell Christmas. So I will try to reply to your garbage tomorrow.

    • Floyd's dirty, but why all the whining and surprise?

How much boxing do people actually watch if people are actually surprised that an elite fighter uses his elbows and forearms?

"Waahhh, so and so cheats because he uses illegal tactics."

Jeez, did people start watching boxing last week or something?

        • thats just play wrong, Both Fighters Cheat, I hate Hatton punching and holding, yes he did it in the Mayweather fight too.
But now elbows and ducking that low, that fight was close enough, just think about how it would have been if PBF fought standing straight up

Mayweather by KO with a couple of marks on his face.

I know that Floyd moves his elbows while rolling with punches, but when he is up close he often uses them to control the other guy's head. I dont think those blows are particuarly significant (they certainly are not headbutts as someone tried to say earlier) otherwise we would see a lot fo cuts, but they are not legal either.

As I said, its boxing. Fouls are part of the game. Floyd is no Hopkins, but his bag of tricks includes a fair share of dirty stuff. I respect his skillset more because of that, I give him a better chance against all time greats in hypotethical matchups because of that. They are still fouls though.
I disagree...slipping, ducking, rolling punches aren't fouls. Now the pawing of the face...yeah that is a minor foul

I agree with the bold, but that's not the only activity in which the pretty elbows are involved.

When he pushes someone head with his elbow to throw the uppercut or a short right, do you think that's a foul or not? I think it is.

The use of elbows with Hatton was a bit more than a “minor” foul IMO, (but even if you took those away, it would have still been Mayweather coming out on top, big time)
