Mayweather was definitely hurt against Corley. If you're a Mayweather fan and you can't see that that was the worst he's been hurt then you either haven't even seen the fight or you're just so biased you wouldn't admit it anyway.
You seem to be thinking of a completely different section because where Mayweather gets hurt is at the start of round four in the middle of the ring. He gets cracked by a big right swinging hook and goes flopping back to the ropes with shaky legs. He nearly went down and was very stunned. Then Corley wails away on the ropes to no avail with Mayweather recovering and not really getting hit.
I can dig you not wanting to admit Mayweather ever being hurt but it's obvious he has. Every fighter gets hurt in fights and it's how they deal with it that makes them great. Mayweather deals with it very well so it's something you should happily admit to. Pretending it didn't happen doesn't actually make it disappear.
You're also wrong about Judah. Though it wasn't as bad as against Corley he was still hurt. If you think someone can't be hurt by a straight left you haven't seen enough boxing. A punch doesn't have to be super hard to hurt someone, it just needs to be fast and not seen and that is what Judah caught Mayweather with. The straight left got through and stunned Mayweather which is the reason he covered up and went back to the ropes otherwise he would have stood his ground like he had been doing. You could see in his facial expression that he was trying to recover from it as well as he looked out to the side trying to focus his eyes.
Edit: Obviously you don't have the video of the Corley fight and since I can't put up my video I found one on youtube that you can see. It's called 'Floyd Mayweather Jr - The Brawler part 2'.
Just after the three minute mark it switches to the Corley fight and the section we're talking about. Very easy to see. One big right, flops back to the ropes and then takes some time to recover while Corley ****s away uselessly. My vid actually has the side angle and shows it much better. You can see the punch connect flush and it really shows Mayweather face and his eyes and completely glazed.
