Cotto is the #1 welter weight and Floyd is the champion. Floyd has said on three occasions that he isnt figting him, then he said it was because he retiring..well he isnt retiring ..

Mayweather is not ducking nobody. Its all about assessing your risk-reward options. Cotto provides more risk, less reward since he is still not a superstar and does not have significant drawing power. So all Mayweather is doing is weighing the options out, and finding the most advantageous and lucrative option for him. It makes sense guys: fight Cotto in a competitive bout I may/may not lose for less than 12 mill or act in Wrestlemania for 20 mill. Cmon guy, its really a no brainer.

Look men i Understand you're a Mayweather fan, but how r you going to say tha the ducking thing is bull****. They ask Mayweather about Cotto after the Hatton fight and he got nervous, he started to talk about Mosley and the other welterweights and about him retireing and stuff.

You just answered it. I'm one of the Mayweather fans that is kinda pissed because he chose Oscar instead of Cotto. (but I cant knock him at all) Its is clear that Mayweather is about money now-a-days. De La Hoya and Hatton are a little more popular than Cotto. ( Hatton brought the british crowd)

I do know once Cotto keeps winning.... the fight will happen.... Thats why I say Floyd isnt ducking Cotto. Once the money and the hype keep rising for this fight. The fight is going to happen. Look how long it took Hatton & Mayweather to fight. A long time and the wait was worth it IMO.

As a Cotto Fan, i'm nicely asking you to Shut the **** up, you are making us look bad. Some floyd fans are really annoying, but you are equally annoying as well. You are starting to look like one of the margarito fans. If you can't see floyds talent level and his rightfull place as the p4p king, you are letting you hate cloud your vision. I can't stand floyd outside the ring, but you have to give him credit for what he does inside it.

Cotto has a decent shot at beating floyd, but its not going to be easy, not by a long shot. Do you think cotto hits harder than Oscar? Do you think he is faster? Finaly we agree in something ! I do admit that Cotto need another big win to make a fight with Floyd a bigger draw. You are right on that one. because Miguel is a huge draw in east cost, but that not that big in the west coast.
