i dont know, maybe you barely heard of winky before the hopkins fight, but, he's been around for ages.

DLH has looked like **** prior, but after hopkins he hasn't looked any better below 154, albeit two fights, well one real fight.

but that is besides the point, you want to talk about hopkins ruining people's careers, look at the rest who haven't done nothing but lose or retire after hopkins, there are far more who have falling off then who have done something positive with their careers, in the fashion of winning.

and i don't see a retort on eastman????? he was one that you said that hopkins didn't ruin...................

eastman was already a bum so how could hopkins ruin him.what i meant about winky was that he was not mentioned that much after the taylor fight. before he fought quartey i really didn't hear anything about wright kinda like you don't hear about wright right now.hopkins was in a bum ass division the only fighters worth mentioning are hopkins jones and toney, hopkins lost to jones and never fought toney.

hopkins will lose, he is not the same, and that's gonna be the difference in the fight, to beat calzaghe you have to throw a lot of punches, i think if kessler would of been more active it would of been close, but calzaghe's boxing skills didn't let him and that's problem, calzaghe is a class A boxer
