His last fight was in November, hopefully he fights again soon, he could be something. He could make some noise in 2008 if he stays active.

Vanes Martirosyan looks like a great prospect. I would love him in with a guy like Sergio Gabriel Martinez. I will get flak for saying this, but I am really not impressed with SGM. I would Vanes over him today, and I think Vanes would beat Verno Phillips aswell.

Martirosyan-Baldomir would be a great fight. I'd say the Baldomir from '06 takes Vanes easy, but Carlos didn't look too impressive to say the least against Perez. I'd say its close now, but I am leaning towards Vanes in a good fight.

Im surprised you give Vanes the credit that is due and he has earned for bein a solid prospect... most people here just like to hate and start arguments with me just cuz Im good friends with him.

lets hope for Martirosyan vs. Baldomir, or vs. Spinks, or vs. Karmazin, or Ouma sometime soon.
