Ortiz is very promising and promoted by Top Rank. Great kid too.

you should be able to YouTube some of his recent fights.

top prospects: the poised martrosyan. and yuri gamboa.
gamboa been getting away with the flashy hands down mayweather type stuff so far .

dont see anyone stopping joan guzman at 130. not even pac.
brian viloria was really impressive against lopez on taylor/pavlik undercard.
i mean it he's back. top future contender.

              amir khan.

i've seen him vs st claire in real life and he is just very sharp and doesn't miss a lot. he is also very fit and throws quite a few punches a round. he has suspect defence, but uit's not bad as people think. he just doesn't have the reflexes or ehad mvoement to get out the way froma fast punch.

this kid may be overhyped which i do think he has. mainly down to frankw arren though. anyway he's got a good chance of beating katsidis by boxing him and then going for a ko. that is ofcourse katsidis doesn't make it a war and ko khan lol

Amir khan is the biggest prospect in boxing at the moment i dont care what any of you say. Yes he may be overhyped(a little bit) but you cant argue with his potential. Olympic silver medalist, beaten only by a living legend (Mario Kindelan) who he went on to defeat two months later. He's walked through all of his oponents to date (yes he was dropped by limond-small lapse in concentration-went on to knock limond out two rounds later!) Anialated Graham Earl who give Katsidas the shock of his life in his previous fight. Dominated St Clair for 12 rounds for a shutout, st clair hardly laid a glove on him-the same sinclair who gave corrales and vivian harris nightmares! The only boxer in the world i think with a major sports brand sponsorship deal (reekbok signed him up after half a dozen fights) Now how many fighters have reekbok drooling over their signature to endorse their goods.

Although Gamboa is pretty f**king special aswell!

Andre Berto is a force to be reckoned with and i think that if he had a chance to fight Cintron or Quintana for a belt, he would definatley have a chance to beat them.

not too sure about the Gamboa kid in that first pic... by the looks of it with all that gold on, I think he is already goin off track and showing lack of focus as a true hungry up and comer that should stay humble and calm.
He most likely got the gold with his money from the the gold medals he won in the olympics,in his last fight against Dejesus ( his American debut ) you could tell how hungry he was after the fight and how happy he was to be in America, they asked him how does it feel,he said he loves it and started pointing around the arena and was left speechless,u could tell hes real hungry to make money for him and his family, the guy escaped Cuba to join the pro's,it shows how much he loves the sport

Oh and another thing,Vanes has really improved from when i last seen him, between him and Chavez Jr im gna have to go with Vanes right now,Chavez doesnt impress me,Vanes has improved alot while he has not
