Oh and another thing,Vanes has really improved from when i last seen him, between him and Chavez Jr im gna have to go with Vanes right now,Chavez doesnt impress me,Vanes has improved alot while he has not
true... training with Ronnie Shields has given new life to Vanes and instilled that hunger and killer instinct in him again.

he tells me "oh man, Ronnie keeps me so interrested in boxing and I have so much fun training... we are always working on new things and looking for constant improvement".

I spoke with Bob Arum after his last fight in Vegas and Bob promised some big things for Vanes by end of this year, lets hope he stays true to his words.

Here is Vanes with Ronnie after the latest TKO3 Victory...

i gotta throw out Rock Allen's name again, I've been waiting to see him emerge from prospect to contender and then eventually to champ.

i think he has the goods but he hasn't been as active as i would like. we'll see though, hopefully he fights more this year and starts to get some exposure.

As you can see in my sig I think Andy and Andre will have good years. I don't know about Steward saying Andy could beat Pavlik right now, but I think by the end of the year he'll have a good win on his resume. Then Berto I think will as well, but to be honest I wouldn't doubt if he had a loss by the end of the year as well. Being that the WW division is loaded with talent.

Damn 5 pages and nobody has mentioned the Peterson Bros. I got both of them getting bigger names and wins this year. Possibly titles also.

They say he sold his gold medal to be able to buy his daughter a birthday present.
