You all claim that ricky is a ****in coward for not fighting junior... Well RIGHT NOW, he shouldnt... After fighting Pretty boy floyd and taking the first loss (not to mention brutal KO) of his career, you think hes gonna fight witter right off the bat? He should just jump into a high risk low reward fight, immediatly after what just happened in december? You all are crazy, it just wouldnt make sense for hatton.. I still believe ricky would kick his ass, but a fight with witter RIGHT NOW is not what he needs.. A Holt or a lazcano would make alot more sense, let him knockout one of those bums, get his mind right... then we'll see junior witter get that ass knocked out. until then, get off hattons **** hes achieved a hell of a lot more then witter.

Tell hatton to either MAN up or STFU, I understand he cant fight Witter straight away but he needs to lay off the lame excuses already.

Hatton has made it clear on several occasions that his plans do not involve Junior Witter. He wants a relatively easy tune up match first which is understandable considering he is coming off his first loss. His next goal is to fight at MSG and the fight that makes sens there is against Malignaggi. Unfortunately, becoming the number 2 ranked light welterweight in The Ring magazine doesn't earn you anything.



I never heard anybody say Mayweather moved up to 147 to duck Hatton but it is irrelevant. Hatton was in Witter's shoes at one point but he worked hard got some big wins on his resume and now he is in a position to choose what he does in his career. It is Junior Witter's responsibility to follow suit and put Hatton under pressure to fight him but I'm afraid that beating Vivian Harris and talking **** just isn't enough to do so.

And there are others who think Hatton owes Junior Witter a favour. Hatton went out and earned his shot against Mayweather and it is up to Witter to do the same if he wants to fight The Hitman.

How exactly did Hatton earn his shot at Mayweather? Was it by mentioning Mayweather just about every chance he had to the media? Or was it by **** talking about Mayweather especially after the JLC fight? Witter's doing the EXACT same thing that Hatton did to get the fight but for MUCH longer. Hatton doesn't have an excuse in the world that could justify that. Witter has strung together some solid wins & is a beltholder & the No person under Hatton in the division. There's absolutely no excuse for them not to fight.
